About The Position
Lockton is growing and seeking top talent for its Dallas/Fort Worth Commercial Account Team. This team focuses on building and maintaining long-term client relationships by offering innovative insurance solutions with a personalized service approach. Lockton is open to individuals new to the insurance industry or those with experience in Commercial Lines account management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines experience (Account Executives).
- 1-4 years of commercial lines experience (Account Managers).
- Professional communication, adaptability, business acumen, analytical thinking ability (Account Executives).
- Attention to detail, goal-driven, effective communication, customer service (Account Managers).
- High initiative, ability to multi-task, eagerness to learn and grow insurance knowledge (Account Services Administrators).
Responsibilities
- High level responsibility for client success and relationships, renewal business, and conduit of information between the Client and Lockton (Account Executives).
- Ensuring Account Team and Client needs/expectations are met (Account Managers).
- Assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of service operations (Account Services Administrators).
