About The Position
Lockton is growing and seeking top talent to join our Birmingham Commercial Account Team. Our Account Teams focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships by offering innovative insurance solutions with a personalized service approach for every Client. We are interested in speaking with individuals new to the insurance industry or those well-versed in Commercial Lines account management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines experience (for Account Executives).
- 1-4 years of commercial lines experience (for Account Managers).
- Professional communication, adaptability, business acumen, analytical thinking ability (for Account Executives).
- Attention to detail, goal-driven, effective communication, customer service (for Account Managers).
- High initiative, ability to multi-task, eagerness to learn and grow your insurance knowledge (for Account Services Administrators).
Responsibilities
- High level responsibility for client success and relationships, renewal business, and conduit of information between the Client and Lockton (for Account Executives).
- Ensuring Account Team and Client needs/expectations are met (for Account Managers).
- Assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of service operations (for Account Services Administrators).
