About The Position

CRD Careers is hiring on behalf of a global engineering & technology powerhouse in the energy infrastructure space. This role will own proposal development and bid strategy, costing, scheduling, and risk modeling, cross-functional alignment between sales and delivery teams, customer-facing technical presentations, and ensuring a clean handoff from sales (ITO) to execution (OTR). The core impact areas include building and shaping technical proposals, bids, and delivery models, owning costing, scheduling, risk, and estimation accuracy, partnering with engineering and delivery teams to align execution plans, leading customer-facing proposal presentations and negotiations, improving estimating tools, WBS frameworks, and delivery methodologies, ensuring a clean ITO to OTR transition, and managing third-party delivery partners and sourcing alignment.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in software implementation / project delivery / systems engineering
• Experience in utilities / energy / grid modernization environments
• Exposure to: EMS | DMS | OMS | ADMS | GIS | SCADA
• Strong background in: Project management
• Strong background in: Technical proposal writing / tendering
• Strong background in: Cross-functional delivery environments
• Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, MS Project (or similar)
