About The Position

The Commercial Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting forecasting, revenue analysis, and commercial insights to drive data-informed decision-making across the business. This role partners closely with commercial leadership and cross-functional teams, offering strong visibility into business performance, pipeline activity, and strategic initiatives within a dynamic gene therapy environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience or exposure to biologics/large molecule drug development preferred
  • Experience in a business analytics role preferred
  • Working knowledge of biologics drug substance manufacturing
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE) preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
  • Experience building and maintaining data/reporting platforms (e.g., SharePoint) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support revenue and pipeline forecasting, including licensing milestones
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for commercial leadership
  • Support pricing analytics and change order processes
  • Conduct win/loss and performance analysis using CRM data
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams
  • Support S&OP demand planning and resource forecasting
  • Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation
  • Other duties as assigned
