ZiplineSouth San Francisco, CA
$40Onsite

About The Position

Zipline is the world’s largest and most experienced drone delivery service, on a mission to serve all humans equally by ensuring access to food, medicine, and essential goods anytime, anywhere. They design, build, and operate the world’s largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably. Zipline operates on four continents, makes a delivery somewhere in the world every 30 seconds, and has completed millions of deliveries. Their system strengthens supply chains, reduces congestion, and gives people time back, with over 140 million commercial autonomous miles safely flown. Zipline is redefining access to healthcare, consumer products, and food across the globe. The Commercial Marketplace team runs the operating system that connects site-level conditions to commercial action, tracking marketplace health across each site, cohort, and metro, balancing demand, selection, customer experience, capacity, utilization, and profitability. They partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to identify and implement scalable programs using levers such as prioritization, promotions, pricing, and demand shaping. This role will help Zipline grow healthy marketplaces while protecting service quality and making the best use of scarce operational and commercial resources.
