About The Position

Pool Centurion is hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician in Fort Myers, Florida. The technician will visit different client locations to keep commercial pools clean, safe, and inviting, while inspecting and maintaining pool equipment, balancing water chemistry, servicing pools, resolving minor technical issues, and documenting service visits. Commercial pool experience and knowledge of chemical feeders and controllers are required. The company offers training, weekly pay by pool structure, a company truck, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

Requirements

• Commercial pool experience.
• Knowledge of chemical feeders and controllers.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
• CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain pool equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Test and balance water chemistry.
• Clean and service pools, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
• Keep accurate records of service visits.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Pool Centurion brand professionally.
