Requirements

Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on rooftops throughout the workday
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Previous commercial roofing experience preferred
Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, or roof coatings is a plus
Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and coatings
Remove and replace damaged roofing materials
Operate roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and within quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress and material needs
