About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a within Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist for Bilat Servicing Operations. In this role, you will provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products, coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues, and interact with internal and external customers. You will provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence, and ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will also evaluate and upload data into the systems of record, serve as the primary liaison, and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams as necessary to progress customer-focused needs. Additionally, you will review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, devise strategies to mitigate risks, and identify procedural modifications. You will serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues, provide guidance and training to peers, and collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. You will present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Commercial loan servicing experience
  • Loan IQ operational experience
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of collateral documentation, perfection, and business entities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Sound attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
