About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative within Commercial Banking Operations. In this role, you will support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs. You will monitor the loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online. You will perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks. You will act as the primary loan servicing contact that involves construction monitoring and disbursements. You will monitor collateral and prepare payoff letters, and release collateral. You will audit loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications and data input, and customer research and billing. You will receive direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals. You will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. You will interact with internal customers, receive direction from leaders, and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Ability to manage a workflow within key performance indicators
