About The Position

Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Human Resources department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning January through May 2026, scheduled to work up to 35 hours per week. The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Loan Payment processing Funds transfers Wire processing Loan fundings Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn Loan Origination Software
• Organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented for accuracy
• Basic accounting skills preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to prioritize projects and duties
• A high level of professionalism
