Commercial Loan Processor
About The Position
Commercial Loan Processors perform the following functions: Administer all types of commercial loans for compliance with established policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines while minimizing risk Ordering and reviewing due diligence items, engaging counsel for document preparation, and preparing loan documents via LaserPro Conducting reviews of loan packages prepared by other loan processors Coordinating all items with Loan Officers, members, and third-party vendors Conduct or attend closings with Loan Officers Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with welldefined limits and guidelines. Deliver problem solving solutions and perform research as needed. Provide technical solutions in support of MIDFLORIDA’s electronic services. Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy. Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always. Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Five years’ experience processing commercial real estate loans or at least three years’ experience processing commercial real estate loans at MIDFLORIDA
- Knowledge of basic real estate due diligence items: appraisals, environmental reports, title insurance, survey
- Knowledge of basic business structures and ability to read organizational documents
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- LaserPro experience required
