About The Position
Assist loan officers in processing loans from application through completion of the loan file. The role includes preparing documentation for all loan types, coordinating loan-request details, sending customer notices, monitoring loan status reports, and imaging and reviewing completed files.
Responsibilities
- Assist loan officers in processing loans from application to completed file.
- Prepare loan documentation for all loan types and properly execute liens.
- Coordinate loan request details with loan officers.
- Mail notices to customers.
- Monitor reports of in-process, counter-offered, and denied loans.
- Image and review completed loan files.
