Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and credit analysis
  • Experience with business development and networking
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality are required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships, including business, real estate, and construction lending
  • Develop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
  • Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend lending and banking solutions
  • Analyze financial statements, credit information, and collateral to evaluate loan opportunities
  • Structure and present loan requests with clear recommendations and supporting analysis
  • Monitor existing loans to ensure compliance, strong credit quality, and client satisfaction
  • Identify potential credit concerns and collaborate with leadership to develop solutions
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality service to clients and internal partners
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by making referrals to other lines of business, including treasury management, deposit products, and other bank services
  • Actively support deposit growth by developing and maintaining strong operating account relationships with commercial clients
  • Comply with all applicable banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements and information security standards
