Responsible for providing highly skilled administrative and clerical support for the Commercial/Market Relationship Management teams by performing the following duties. Coordinates all aspects of loan closings, including correspondence with attorneys, appraisers and other outside professionals to ensure that deadlines are maintained. Coordinates with internal departments to ensure that all loan documents are prepared in accordance with deadlines. Assimilates, files and distributes financial and collateral documentation to appropriate internal departments as needed once loans are closed. Organizes and maintains customer files to assist Relationship Banker/Manager's ability to manage portfolios. Serves as client relationship representative to all customers by listening, researching and addressing complaints and inquiries as needed. Maintains current and ongoing knowledge of bank products and services; assists Relationship Banker/Manager with daily customer contact and servicing. Provides ongoing support to commercial/business relationship managers for collateral and financial statement tracking and exception management. Screens and routes incoming calls and visitors for commercial/market relationship team. Opens new accounts when necessary. Recommends and implements appropriate changes to establishment policies and procedures. Promotes and cross-sells other bank products and services to improve client awareness and strengthen community knowledge of Origin’s products.
