About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Commercial Litigation Attorneys in its Orange County office. This position is fully remote. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research, and must be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Requirements

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in civil commercial litigation.
• Strong background in civil commercial litigation.
• Excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills.
• Strong academic backgrounds.
• Proven skills in research.
• Self-starters.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in California.

• Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
