Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 8+ years of commercial litigation experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex litigation matters independently.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise litigation teams.
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and advocacy abilities.
- Superior academic credentials.
Nice To Haves
- First-chair trial experience strongly preferred.
- Appellate litigation experience highly desirable.
- Exposure to tort litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
- Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients throughout litigation proceedings.
- Collaborate directly with clients in emerging, regulated, and fast-paced industries.
- Conduct legal research and draft sophisticated motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
- Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
- Handle appellate matters and briefing, where applicable.
- Supervise, direct, and coordinate teams of attorneys and legal professionals.
- Develop litigation strategies and provide case management leadership.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional legal service.
