About The Position
Nelson Mullins is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in either its Boca Raton or Fort Lauderdale offices. As an AmLaw 100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in one of its growing locations. Requirements
- Two to three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters
- Exceptional organizational, oral and written advocacy skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Solid understanding of procedural and substantive law
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Nice To Haves
- Prior service as a federal court clerk
