About The Position
The Los Angeles office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking an Associate to join the Commercial Litigation Group. This role involves representing clients in all phases of litigation in both California state and federal courts, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and hearings.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of litigation experience at a law firm.
- Experience representing clients in both CA state court, as well as federal court.
- Experience in all phases of litigation, including: discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and hearings.
- Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong academic credentials from a Top 50 law school.
- Admission to the California Bar.

- Trial experience or trial preparation experience.
