About The Position

The Commercial Lines Sales Executive will drive new business and manage client relationships within the commercial insurance sector. The role focuses on building and maintaining a substantial book of business, with a minimum revenue target of $750,000. The position specializes in generalist accounts, with a preference for real estate or technology accounts. This is a fully remote position with company-provided equipment. The executive will use Salesforce to manage client interactions and sales activity, collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery and client satisfaction, and travel as needed to meet clients. The salary range is $150,000–$250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and book of business. A full benefits package is available.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington or Oregon.
At least 5 years of commercial insurance sales experience.
Proven ability to build and manage a substantial book of business.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strategic thinker with a client-focused approach.
