About The Position

Seeking dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Producers to join a growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in sales or those with a strong drive to succeed in the insurance industry. You will work on a diverse range of accounts, from small to large, and have the opportunity to build and manage your own book of business.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales, ideally generating $100,000 or more in annual revenue.
Open to candidates new to the industry with a strong sales aptitude and willingness to obtain necessary licensing.
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to various software platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry for success.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of finding creative ways to sell (e.g., entrepreneurial ventures like a lemonade stand as a child).
Resilient, adaptable, and driven to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a book of business, working with a variety of commercial lines accounts (small to large).
Actively prospect, sell, and service new and renewal business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to place business and secure competitive quotes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Attend local or regional client meetings, with occasional opportunities for additional travel.
