About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining a robust book of business, particularly for middle-market accounts, and generating new business through various channels. The producer will manage renewals, ensure high retention rates, and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored insurance solutions across diverse industries.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a successful Commercial Lines Producer, with a focus on middle to large market accounts
Previous experience with middle market premiums is required
Proven track record of longevity and consistent production in previous roles
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to network effectively
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust book of business, focusing on middle-market accounts
Generate new business through cold calling, warm leads, networking, and off-site client meetings
Manage renewals and ensure a high retention rate
Collaborate with internal teams to pre-qualify accounts and provide tailored insurance solutions
Work with a diverse range of industries, including construction, amusement, real estate, and other generalist lines
Utilize AMS360 software to quote and manage new and renewal business
