A fast-growing, national insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to join a high-performing sales organization focused on middle-market business. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry, competitive, and motivated by income growth and long-term equity. Requirements
- 3–4 years of B2B sales experience OR 2–3 years in an insurance-related role (Producer Assistant, Account Rep, etc.)
- Experience prospecting and leading client meetings
- P&C license preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Highly motivated, competitive, and driven
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Coachable and open to structured sales training
- Early career professionals eager to grow
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a book of middle-market commercial clients
- Focus on prospecting new business and holding client meetings
- Work closely with senior leadership and agency partners
- Spend time in the field developing relationships
