Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial insurance sales.
Proven sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Demonstrated stability in previous roles; candidates with a history of frequent job changes will not be considered.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment (in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; remote on Wednesday and Friday).

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Educate clients on insurance options, assess their unique needs, and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and policy renewals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, claims processors, and customer support, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant advice.
