About The Position

An opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Lines Producer with a specialized niche. The role involves developing and managing a pipeline of prospects, securing new business, and contributing to revenue growth. The position is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in commercial insurance, particularly those with expertise in areas such as commercial manufacturing, shoreside marine, inland marine, ocean marine, or aviation. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Proficiency in EPIC software.
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following niches: Commercial manufacturing Shoreside marine (inland or ocean marine) Aviation
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships within the specialized niche.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a hybrid/remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients within the chosen niche.
• Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct weekly commission growth meetings with the Director of Revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships within the specialized niche to establish credibility and drive business growth.
