About The Position

Commercial Lines Producer Job Summary Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a well-established insurance agency. Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance production, with a focus on middle-market accounts.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Personable and professional demeanor.
Comfortable with cold calling and business development.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Resilient and adaptable to different personalities and work styles.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and sales visits.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AMS360 is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a book of middle-market commercial insurance accounts.
Actively prospect, network, and cold call to generate new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal Account Managers to ensure seamless servicing of accounts.
Conduct client visits and sales presentations as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a generalist approach to writing commercial insurance across various sectors.
