About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client relationships in the commercial insurance market. Requirements

Proven experience as an Insurance Producer is preferred.
Demonstrated success in generating new business and retaining existing clients.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and policy requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Current insurance producer license in compliance with state regulations is required.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new client relationships to generate business opportunities within the commercial insurance market.
Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed production goals.
Educate clients on various insurance products, coverages, and policy options to best suit their needs.
Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and carriers to negotiate competitive terms and coverage for clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information.
