About The Position

Commercial Lines Producer - Remote work options A rapidly growing insurance brokerage is seeking experienced and driven Commercial Lines Producers to join its expanding team. Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in commercial insurance, financial services, or consultative sales roles
• Formal sales training and college degree required
• Self-starters with a fearless, entrepreneurial mindset strongly encouraged

Nice To Haves

• Industry specialization (e.g., D&O, Cyber, Construction, Public Entity, Real Estate) is a plus
• Background in producer, wholesale, or high-performing service roles welcomed

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of upper-mid market commercial accounts
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across targeted industries
• Prospect new business opportunities and close complex commercial deals
• Collaborate with experienced account executives and producers in a team-based environment
• Contribute to the long-term growth of a key regional office, with opportunity to shape strategy
