About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in commercial lines insurance. The successful candidate will focus on middle-market accounts, with opportunities to work on larger accounts as they progress. This is a remote position.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines sales.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Experience working with middle-market accounts; familiarity with nonprofit, worship, and education sectors is a plus.
Proficiency in AMS360 software.
Strong sales acumen and a driven personality with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Stable work history with demonstrated commitment to previous roles (no frequent job changes).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with nonprofit, worship, and education sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow a book of business, focusing on middle-market accounts, with some opportunities to work on larger accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in nonprofit, worship, and education sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial lines market.
Collaborate with account managers and administrative support teams to ensure seamless client service.
Stay informed about industry trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services.
