About The Position

Seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join a team as Commercial Lines Producers. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with high earning potential, equity opportunities, and hands-on mentorship. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will focus on prospecting new business, building client relationships, and driving sales in middle-market accounts (500+ lives). This position is ideal for individuals with a go-getter mentality who are passionate about sales and eager to grow their careers in the insurance industry.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience (outside of insurance is acceptable).
• OR 2–3 years of experience as a Producer Assistant or in an insurance-related role.
• Recent graduates with Risk Management degrees will also be considered.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required.
• Strong prospecting and client relationship-building skills.
• Ability to hold effective client meetings.
• Hunger for success and a results-driven mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Risk Management or Business/Sales majors are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop expertise in a chosen vertical ("major") and secondary focus area ("minor").
• Attend sales training in Tennessee to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Conduct client meetings and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals.

Benefits

• Base Salary : $65,000–$75,000 (Year 1; declines over 3 years to commission-only).
• Commission : 40% on new business, 30% on renewals.
• Equity Opportunity : Begin earning equity once your book of business reaches $250,000.
