About The Position
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Producer to join a team. This role is based in Charlotte and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of an agency by developing and managing commercial insurance accounts. Reporting directly to the President, you will play a key role in expanding the agency's presence.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Minimum of 2+ years in commercial sales.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work.
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of experience in commercial sales preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new commercial clients in the Charlotte market.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums ranging from $100,000 to $250,000.
- Collaborate with account managers to assist with new business quotes and policy renewals.
- Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
