You're helping business owners understand risks, protect what they've built, and make smarter decisions. This is strategic, consultative work where clients rely on your guidance. A Day in the Life You'll build and manage a pipeline (with support from marketing), meet with business owners, understand how their operations work, and identify risks. You'll collaborate with Account Managers on your team to prepare clean submissions, negotiate with carriers, and present proposals that educate and protect. You'll strengthen client relationships, support renewals, develop a referral network, and continually sharpen your skills.
