At Spire America Holdings Inc (Top O' Michigan Insurance Solutions and Spire Insurance Solutions), you're not pushing policies. You're helping business owners understand risks, protect what they've built, and make smarter decisions. This is strategic, consultative work where clients rely on your guidance. A Day in the Life You'll build and manage a pipeline (with support from marketing), meet with business owners, understand how their operations work, and identify risks. You'll collaborate with Account Managers on your team to prepare clean submissions, negotiate with carriers, and present proposals that educate and protect. You'll strengthen client relationships, support renewals, develop a referral network, and continually sharpen your skills.

Requirements

  • Successful B2B sales background
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Curiosity, business acumen, and discipline
  • Self-motivation, organization, and follow-through
  • P&C license or willingness to obtain one (required)
  • Experience with CRM/AMS systems (Epic preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new commercial clients
  • Deliver consultative insurance solutions
  • Present proposals and renewal strategies
  • Partner with the service team for onboarding
  • Advise clients, conduct reviews, and strengthen retention
  • Build strong relationships with underwriters
