We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial lines team and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in-office, Monday thru Friday
Nice To Haves
- Prior insurance agency experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of EPIC and Indio preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare ID cards, Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Insurance documents
- File and follow up on claims
- Follow up on Direct Notice of Cancellation (DNOC's)
- Quoting
- Assist with preparation of invoices, following up on payments, and responding to billing inquiries
- Processing endorsement requests
