About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial CSR to join a close-knit and well-established team. This role is pivotal in supporting a commercial department by handling back-end tasks such as Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day service needs. You will work closely with 1-2 account managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years in the workforce.
Strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in insurance or a related field is preferred but not required.
Open to candidates from the financial industry or those willing to learn.
Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Epic software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, and policy changes.
Handle day-to-day service requests and back-end administrative tasks.
Collaborate with account managers to support a diverse book of business, including accounts in agriculture, construction, trucking, oil and gas, and captives.
Maintain accurate and organized records in the Epic software system.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
