Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
An active Property and Casualty Producer’s License.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
A self-directed approach to managing multiple priorities.

Experience with habitational clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for your clients, delivering exceptional service.
Prepare and present renewal and proposal documents.
Manage account changes, certificates of insurance, and policy updates.
Stay informed on market trends and advise clients on policy adjustments.
Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to deliver tailored solutions.
Guide clients through renewals, compliance, and enrollment processes, ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs.
Analyze market trends, recommend policy changes, and identify opportunities to expand coverage.
Prepare proposals, manage accounts, and build strong relationships with clients and carriers.
Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.
