This role involves preparing endorsement requests to send to insurance carriers, following up on the receipt of endorsements, and processing various insurance documents such as endorsements and audits. The manager will also handle cancellations and billing issues, communicate with staff and clients to gather necessary information for policy changes, and ensure adherence to agency procedures. Additionally, the position requires providing technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers and establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients.
