About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a growing team. As a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting Account Managers, handling claims, processing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, marketing, and quoting new and renewal business.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a larger agency.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Stable and steady professional background with a commitment to excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EPIC software is highly preferred.
- Additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide general servicing and administrative support to Account Managers.
- Handle claims, process Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and other client requests.
- Assist with marketing efforts for new and renewal business.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all client interactions.
