About The Position
Seeking two dynamic and motivated individuals to join a growing team as Commercial Lines (CL) and Personal Lines (PL) Agents. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit, family-oriented organization that is experiencing significant growth. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in insurance sales, a positive attitude, and a commitment to building long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales, with a proven track record in production.
- Familiarity with AMS360 preferred.
- Strong sales and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an agency setting.
- Candidates from other Erie shops will be considered only under exceptional circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities from the ground up.
- Conduct cold calls and cold knocks to generate leads.
- Build relationships with mid-to-large market accounts.
- Quote new business opportunities.
