Requirements

• Active insurance license required (state-specific).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an account management role within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy information using agency management software.
• Provide proactive communication to clients regarding policy updates, renewals, and other relevant information.
• Support the agency’s growth by identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional lines of coverage.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
