About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. With over 20 years of industry experience, the agency prides itself on offering a wide range of coverage options, including specialized services in construction, family office, and contractor accounts. As a smaller agency with a family-oriented culture, we value collaboration, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. This role is a true service position, requiring a proactive individual to manage accounts from A to Z, including cross-selling and servicing.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Minimum: 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Epic software and Microsoft Excel preferred
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Preferred: 10+ years in commercial lines account management

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, specializing in construction, family office, and contractor clients
Provide end-to-end account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business
Cross-sell additional coverage options to existing clients
Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction
Utilize agency management software (preferably Epic) and Excel for daily tasks
