About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to commercial lines accounts, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional customer support in alignment with the agency's procedures and standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a full servicing workload independently.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of insurance agency experience, specifically in commercial lines
Active insurance license or the ability to obtain/maintain one
Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and policy servicing
Advanced computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, proactive, and eager to grow within the insurance industry

Nice To Haves

Experience with Epic software is preferred

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts, minimizing errors and omissions
Handle client communications, including resolving issues and addressing coverage-related inquiries
Prepare submissions, proposals, statements of value, and renewal documents in collaboration with producers
Accurately process new and renewal business, ensuring proper documentation and system records
Issue certificates, binders, invoices, ID cards, and related correspondence
Manage audits, claims reporting, premium finance agreements, and cancellations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the agency management system
Monitor suspense items and prioritize daily workflow to meet deadlines
Keep producers informed of account activity and address potential issues proactively
