Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive, go-getter mindset.
- Must be comfortable working fully onsite in a family-oriented, team-focused environment.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a $2 million book of business, including accounts with premiums ranging from $800 to $100,000.
- Handle daily tasks such as renewals, answering client inquiries, issuing certificates, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
