About The Position

To assist the Agency and Producer in the processing of Insurance. To provide service to our customers and keep them informed about their coverage. Provide technical support to Producers. Seek referrals for prospective clients. Help the Agency reach business goals.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial lines property and casualty insurance.
• Insurance license in the states of Tennessee and/or Georgia.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an agency management software system.
• Team oriented.
• Ability to work with other staff on assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle an established book of business as well as assist with the placement of new business.
• Maintain at least a 90% retention rate.
• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, claims and billing efficiently.
• Work efficiently and accurately in an agency management software system.
• Participate in on-going training and education from Carriers and Industry.
• Maintain confidentiality.
