About The Position

Seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Managers to join an established commercial insurance team. Opportunities are available for both an experienced professional and an early-career candidate. These roles support commercial clients across industries such as construction, forestry, contracting, and related sectors. The positions offer the opportunity to work in a stable, collaborative environment with responsibilities tailored to each candidate’s level of experience.

Requirements

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
At least 1 year of relevant insurance experience (for early-career candidates).
5+ years of commercial lines account management experience (for experienced candidates).
Proficiency with Applied EPIC.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Nice To Haves

Experience with construction, contractor, trucking, or similar commercial accounts is preferred for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

Manage a commercial lines book of business with A–Z servicing responsibilities.
Handle quoting and servicing for new and renewal business.
Provide high-level account management and client support.
Service accounts across industries such as construction, forestry, contracting, and related commercial sectors.
Collaborate with support team members on administrative and routine servicing needs.
Maintain strong client relationships and support account retention.
Handle routine servicing responsibilities, including certificates of insurance, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
Provide administrative support to experienced account managers.
Assist with client onboarding and new business processing.
Maintain accurate account documentation and support day-to-day client service needs.
