Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management, with a proven track record of handling middle-to-large commercial accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 middle-to-large commercial accounts, with premiums starting at $25,000 and averaging around $50,000.
  • Provide high-level service, including coverage analysis, renewals, and day-to-day client support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries, handling a generalist book with opportunities for specialization.
  • Collaborate closely with producers and refer new business opportunities to the dedicated sales team (no sales quotas or requirements for this role).
  • Utilize modern technology platforms to streamline workflows and enhance client service.
