About The Position

Well-established generalist agency seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves providing A-Z servicing for a diverse range of accounts, from small to large, including certifications, claims, policy changes, and more. While our Commercial Lines Manager handles most of the marketing, candidates with marketing experience are welcome to contribute in this area. The position offers a path to a leadership role as the current Commercial Lines Manager plans to retire in 3-4 years.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years in account management, preferably in commercial lines.
Highly organized with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Technologically proficient, with experience using AI tools.
Strong client focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
Team-oriented mindset with a professional and trustworthy demeanor.
Adaptability to change and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
