Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Minimum of 5 years of solid commercial insurance experience
Experience managing accounts from start to finish (A-Z)
Proficiency in Sagitta software
Strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Team player with a positive and engaging personality
Ability to work efficiently and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

10+ years of solid commercial insurance experience preferred
Familiarity with contractors, equipment, oil & gas, distributors, manufacturers, transportation, heavy equipment, and related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of middle to large commercial accounts, ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 in premium size
Oversee the renewal process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with support staff for certificates, claims, policy checking, and endorsement processing
Maintain accurate and detailed records in the Sagitta software system
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
