About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a book of small commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring their insurance needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines.
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Proven ability to manage a book of business independently.
- Ability to work onsite during the training period and transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance preferred.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business, primarily small commercial lines accounts under $100,000 in premium.
- Provide A-Z account management, including policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
- Work with a variety of accounts, including contractors, produce haulers, buildings, and other generalist agency clients.
- Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure seamless client service.
- Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
