Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC is required, insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, carrier websites, and other relevant software
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities
• Experience in managing a general book of small to midsize commercial accounts
• MUST be willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours

• Accurately and efficiently process certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements.
• Handle requests for information and documentation with precision and promptness.
• Prepare applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by producers.
• Proactively follow up with markets to secure timely and competitive quotations.
