Once new business is secured, the account is handed off to you, allowing you to do what you do best—build relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience. You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 30-40 commercial accounts, becoming the trusted advisor your clients rely on every day.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • Experience servicing mid-market or large commercial accounts
  • Polished, professional, and confident communicating with clients
  • Loves building relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Grit, tenacity, and knows how to solve problems independently
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment
  • Wants to grow with a company that believes in promoting from within

Nice To Haves

  • Construction insurance experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing a book of commercial insurance clients
  • Building long-term relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
  • Reviewing renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverages
  • Processing certificates of insurance and policy updates
  • Partnering with producers, underwriters, and carriers
  • Preparing renewal proposals
  • Answering client questions and providing outstanding service
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships
  • Keeping accurate documentation and account records
