Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Experience with agency management software; familiarity with AMS360 is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant industry designations are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of commercial insurance business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality support.
• Handle a consistent volume of renewals while maintaining strong attention to detail and service standards.
• Partner with producers to support both new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate account documentation using agency management software.
• Participate in client meetings as needed to support relationship development and service delivery.
